Un collectif d’associations s’est créé à Limoges pour organiser la Manifestation « Dessine-moi un logement ». Ainsi des chapiteaux seront consacrés à l’information du public les vendredi 16 et samedi 17 octobre de 10h à 17h au Champ de Juillet à Limoges.
La Manifestation « Dessine-moi un logement » est le fruit d’un collectif d’associations impulsé par l’équipe de la Maraude du Secours Catholique. La projection-débat du film des Enfants de Don Quichotte proposée en février 2009 à Limoges a créé une dynamique pour mener une action plus vaste d’information sur le thème du logement en Haute-Vienne.
Ces journées permettront de s’interroger sur différents thèmes en mobilisant divers interlocuteurs institutionnels, bénévoles des associations, citoyens étant confrontés à des situations de non ou mal logement : Connaissons-nous bien nos droits en matière de logement ? Nous adressons-nous au bon interlocuteur ? Qui est compétent ? Le mal-logement à Limoges, où en sommes-nous ? Comment imaginer ensemble des solutions aux difficultés rencontrées dans ce domaine ? Connaissons-nous bien tous les acteurs ? N’y a-t-il pas des partenariats à renforcer pour plus d’efficacité ?
L’objectif est que l’on puisse avancer ensemble vers un véritable droit à un logement décent pour tous, et refuser le fatalisme face aux situations de mal logement, en cette date symbolique du 17 octobre, journée mondiale du refus de la misère.
